I have attempted to ukse tripod's "Webon" software but found it to be completly worthless, that is unless you want your website to look just like 100 others, all comming out of the same can and all looking like they were made by the same moron.

So I have abandoned the cumbersome and difficult to use "webon" software and refereted to antiquated tables to achieve what I had hoped I could do with the tripod templates.

I could not, with all artistic integrity, encourage my clients to creat websites that were so cookie-cutter bland and strange. I want the ability to change backgrounds and such and this was seemingly not available in the webon software as I understood it on 11-13-2010. It has the same drawbacks as the "goDaddy" software does.
